Heartful Mindful uses a combination of counselling (talk therapy) and the creative arts (arts therapy) to work with you as you inquire into what feels most significant - the emotions, the stuckness, the overwhelm, the life transition, the relationship issues, the wounds that hold us back from living our most wonderful life. I believe in the value of supporting individual growth as well as building a community of heart-led, mindfully intentioned humans.

Heartful Mindful’s name recognises that in order to live a joyous, present, honest, fulfilling and successful life we benefit greatly when we engage both the heart and the mind. This path and its outcomes will look different for every person because we all have different dreams, needs, wounds and challenges. The positive effects of the Heartful Mindful journey have the potential to ripple out into our relationships with family, friends and community making our world a much more liveable and loveable place.
